Jiangsu Pengfei Group independently developed rotary kiln system. In 2003, Pengfei got two patents. In 2006, Pengfei cement kiln was named "China Building Material Machinery Industry Famous Brand", "Jiangsu famous brand". In 2007 it won the "China Famous Brand" products title. On this basis, Pengfei Group and Southeast University, Yancheng Institute of technology jointly developed ---- cement kiln disposal of industrial waste and municipal solid waste technology and equipment. Large-scale rotary kiln intelligent control systems and rotary kiln waste heat power generation and integrated development use issues was borne by the Southeast University; preheater cyclone separation efficiency and low resistance, the use of precalciner burning garbage research topics was undertaken by Yancheng Institute of Technology. The project is applied to high energy saving calcined cement industry and use biomass from waste incineration as an auxiliary heat source. Also it can incorporate garbage to achieve circular economy. It is mainly used in daily output of 5,000 tons clinker of a large dry-process cement production line, and it can also be applied to energy-saving renovation of small and medium cement burning system.

②Innovatively put the current technology study tests-- garbage incineration in a rotary kiln displaced to the precalciner kiln to burn garbage. It is applicable to large-scale specification and it can adjust the amount of waste with stable rotary kiln quality and consumptive pollution, using waste heat to achieve circular economy.
③Firstly use steel bars with high performance thermal insulation kiln liner, forming integrally insulation layer, to improve the rigidity of the kiln, reduce distortion, and avoid red brick kiln off.
④Develop annular heat exchanger patented technologies in the kiln burning zone periphery and recycle kiln radiant heat, reduce heat loss burning zone, and fire zone peripheral to save electrical energy consumption for cooling air.
⑤Propose innovative computer intelligent control system for large-scale rotary kiln five components: cyclone preheater, precalciner, coal burners, rotary kiln, cooler to achieve fully optimized integration.
